The Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on proposed amendments to the B-3 zone to allow the sale of antiques and other secondhand merchandise on portions of Hewitt Avenue, a designated retail street in the Central Business District (CBD).  The public is encouraged to attend the hearing and provide public testimony on the proposal.  The hearing is scheduled on:  July 20, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.
