CONSENT ITEMS:
(1) Adopt Resolution No. ___ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,331,470.15 for the period of January 16, 2010 through January 29, 2010
(2) Authorize the Call for Bids for the construction of the Recovered Water Outfall Project at the Water Filtration Plant
(3) Accept the Swift BRT Northern Terminal construction project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Corstone Contractors, LLC allowing the final payment and the release of the retainage in the amount of $51.732.20
ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually)
(4) CB 1001-03–3rd and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance setting the meeting time schedule for City Council’s regularly scheduled meetings, repealing Resolution No. 6227
(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between the Senior Services of Snohomish County and the Carl Gipson Senior Center of Everett (Everett Senior Center)
(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to Property Purchase Agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the purchase and redevelopment of the Allen BuickProperty extending the feasibility period to June 16, 2010
(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement and Grant of Easement with Verizon Northwest Inc. for sidewalk along 41st Street
PROPOSED ORDINANCES:
(8) CB 1001-04– 2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing an interim regulation to allow the creation of zero-lot-line fee simple lots in the R-3L, R-3 and R-4 zones located outside the core residential area (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 2-17-10)
(9) CB 1001-05– 2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance providing for the submission of a proposition, at an April 27, 2010 special election, allowing the City to set the emergency medical services property tax levy up to the previously approved rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per one thousand ($1,000) assessed valuation in 2011 and increasing the levy thereafter as allowed under Chapter 84.55 RCW (3rd and final reading on 2-17-10)
