CONSENT ITEMS:
(1) Adopt Resolution No. ___ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $950,350.95 for the period of February 20, 2010 through February 26, 2010
(2) Authorize the closure of California Street between Rucker and Hoyt Avenue on March 11, 2010, 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m., for the Library Place Apartments Grand Opening celebration with the attached conditions
ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually)
(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement regarding Immunizations at Everett Station with Snohomish Health District
(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Washington State Softball Umpires Association for the Everett Parks and Recreation softball program Umpires services, in an amount not to exceed $62,000.00
(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Ron Brown as Medical Program Director for the City of Everett’s Emergency Medical Services Program
PROPOSED ORDINANCES:
(6) CB 1002-08– 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance Relating to Taxes, amending Business and Occupation Tax, Ordinance No. 2810-04 (Chapter 3.24 EMC), and reenacting the provisions of Ordinance No. 2759-04, effective January 1, 2006 (3rd and final reading on 3-17-10)
