Toilet Rebate Program
The WaterSmart Toilet Program provides rebates of up to $100 per toilet to homeowners who replace old water-guzzling toilets with new high‐efficiency toilets that bear the EPA WaterSense label. This offer is valid for toilets purchased and installed in Snohomish County between April 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010. Program funds are limited and rebates are available on a first‐come, first‐serve basis. This offers ends December 31, 2010 or when funds are exhausted. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your rebate.
