The purchasing division is responsible for the disposition of surplus vehicles and other equipment owned by the City of Everett. These items are regularly sold at auctions conducted by the James G. Murphy Company in Kenmore, Wash. All surplus auctions are advertised in The Herald newspaper and on this Web site.
