Council of Neighborhoods

The Council of Neighborhoods was created by City ordinance in 1990 and is made up of representatives from all 19 neighborhoods.

The Council meets monthly except for August and December. City staff report relevant information to the Council, and neighborhood leaders share news from their communities.

The Council also serves as an advisory to the Mayor, providing an opportunity for City staff and elected leaders to hear first hand the concerns or ideas Everett residents have about city plans.

The Council meets at 4 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month except for August and December. The meetings are in the eighth floor conference room of the Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore Ave. The public is welcome to attend.
