Everett Transit connects Everett neighbors to local businesses, retail centers, medical centers, city services, schools and colleges.

ET’s 46 buses and 18 ParaTransit vehicles operate throughout Everett providing efficient, low-cost mobility to all.  Each vehicle is wheelchair-capable, and our skilled team of employees are dedicated to our customers’ needs and committed to excellence.

The City of Everett is proud to be one of the only cities in Washington to offer a comprehensive system of transportation services.  From extensive local bus coverage throughout Everett to direct connections in and out of town via regional transportation services at Everett Station, travel within, to and from Everett, is fast, easy and convenient.  A big plus is that ET is also one of the most cost-efficient transportation systems in the state.

Customer Service assistance
Each Customer Service Center (CSC) is available to assist you with trip planning, monthly passes, ticket sales and ORCA revalues. ORCA assistance is also available at www.orcacard.com. Financial transactions may only be made in person. Phones are answered Mon - Fri from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and are closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 

Need assistance in person? Everett Station CSC is located at Everett Station, 3201 Smith Ave. in downtown Everett, on the south end of the building adjacent to the bus bays. It is open Mon - Fri from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

College Station CSC is located at 2200 Tower St. in north Everett, just west of Broadway. It is open Mon - Thu from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Mall Station CSC is located at 1330 SE Everett Mall Way, near L.A. Fitness at Everett Mall. It is open Mon - Thu from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
