he Public Services Department is responsible for the review, approval, and inspection of all construction related to private residential, commercial, and industrial development. Activities include the review of applications for use of and construction upon public right-of-way, commercial and industrial developments, construction permits, land subdivision, State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA) requirements, and design engineering.
