Rental rates for the Van Valey House

Friday - Sunday		$95/Hour
Monday - Thursday		$65/Hour

All rental fees and damage deposits must be paid at time of reservation. Prices are subject to change. Staff will be present during your event to oversee the facility.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit
Refundable damage/cleaning deposit is $150 without alcohol, $300 with alcohol*. No alcohol permitted outdoors.

*User groups must obtain a banquet permit from a Washington State Liquor Store and post it in a prominent place within the facility on the date of their event. The permit number must also be filed with Everett Parks and Recreation at least one week prior to use of the facility. Forms to obtain a banquet permit will be given to you when you make your reservation.
