Billing schedule
Utility bills are sent out every two months. Payment is due twenty days from the date of billing. 

Paying your utility bill
To ensure prompt posting, all past due payments should be made in person at the Utility Services office, located at 3101 Cedar Street.

Pay by mail:

Pay in person at the following locations:
 
• Utility Services Office 3101 Cedar Street. Cashier available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Drop box available 24 hours a day, located on the south side of the building.

• City Hall 2930 Wetmore Avenue. Cashier and drop box available on first floor, next to City Treasurer's office. Open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Everett Mall 1402 SE Everett Mall Way. Drop box available near center of mall during business hours. Payments for other utilities (garbage and electric) may also be deposited here.
